4. How can I join The Artistic Network ?

This is to protect artists and also allows us to have a database of who is using the site and for what purpose.    The site is taken care of by a group of people who watch the forums and news posted by people making sure no illegal or defamatory articles areposted. Help is also on hand for setting up your account, should it be required
